Hoppy Rewards is our loyalty program designed to reward our valued customers with points, called "Carrots," for various activities like making purchases, creating an account, and engaging with us on social media. These Carrots can be redeemed for discounts and other rewards.

Joining is simple! Just create an account here, and you’ll be automatically enrolled in the Hoppy Rewards program.

You can earn Carrots through various actions:

• Making a purchase: Earn 1 Carrot per $1.00 spent.
• Creating an account: Earn 35 Carrots.
• Completing your profile (including gender and birthday): Earn 35 Carrots.
• Celebrating your birthday: Earn 400 Carrots on your birthday.
• Liking us on Facebook: Earn 35 Carrots.
• Following us on Instagram: Earn 35 Carrots.
• Sharing our store on Facebook: Earn 35 Carrots.
• Referring friends (when they make their first purchase): Earn 350 Carrots.

You can redeem your Carrots for the following rewards:

Silver Bunny Club tier:

• Spend AUD $650 - $999 per year.
• Earn 1 Carrots for every $1 spent
• Exclusive 5% discount sitewide (excluding sale items).

Golden Hopper VIP tier:

• Spend AUD $1,000+ per year.
• Earn 1 Carrots for every $1 spent
• Exclusive 10% discount sitewide (excluding sale items).

The key benefits include:

• Earn Points: Accumulate Carrots with every purchase and interaction.
• Spend Tiers: Unlock additional savings and exclusive rewards as you spend more.

• Pail Rabbit reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
• Coupons can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Shipping costs are not eligible for points.
• Discounts and rewards can be applied to any products except gift cards. With the exception of Free Shipping rewards, discounts cannot be applied to shipping costs.
• If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.

If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. The number of Carrots earned for that specific purchase will also be deducted from your total amount. So make sure to use your coupons wisely!

Log in to your Rabbits Rewards account and navigate to Rewards. Here you can see your points balance.

Points will be accrued on your account upon fulfilment of your order.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.

Returned product refunds will be deducted from your point balance. E.g. for every $1 refunded, 1 point will be deducted.

When your 12 month spend balance reaches the level threshold, you will advance up into that level. The 12 months is a consecutive rolling 12 month period which calculates daily.
Once you reach a Level, your 12 month spend will be reassessed on your 1 year anniversary date of reaching that Level and if you meet the threshold you will retain that Level for another year, or if your 12 month spend falls below the threshold you will move down into the corresponding Level.

Spend balance will update upon fulfilment of your order. If a new level is reached your level entry will be delayed 14 days to allow for any order cancellations or returns.

Returned product refunds will be deducted from your spend balance. E.g. for every $1 refunded $1 will be deducted from your spend balance.

Rewards are issued as discount coupons that you can redeem online at pailrabbit.com. These include Birthday Coupons. These are issued to you via email as a unique coupon code to redeem at checkout. Minimum spends apply. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

Receive a coupon by adding your DOB to your profile to receive a coupon on your birthday. You can add your DOB on the rewards page. If your birthday is within 30 days of the date entered, there will be a 30 day delay on receiving your birthday coupon for the first year only.

Copy your unique coupon code from your email and paste it into the discount code field at checkout. You must be logged into your Hoppy Rewards account to redeem your loyalty coupons.
