Shipping & Delivery Information
At Pail Rabbit, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once the team here starts the race to get your products out, we won't take a nap partway!
Place your order by 3:00 PM AEST Monday–Friday, and our team will pack it up that very same afternoon so it's ready for the courier to collect the next business day!
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will automatically roll into the following day's packing queue.
- Our warehouse team rests their paws on weekends and NSW public holidays, so orders placed during these times will be packed the very next business day.
- Please note: During massive sale events or peak holiday seasons, please allow an extra 2–3 days for dispatch. We promise your goodies are worth the wait!
AU Aussie Delivery Rates & Times
Express Shipping via Express Post or Team Global Express Priority
- NSW: 1–2+ business days
- Interstate: 1–3+ business days
- FREE for orders over $250 (excludes bulky items*).
- Orders under $250: Flat rate of $12.
*Bulky items include products over 5kg or those with large dimensions. Shipping for these will be calculated at checkout. Please allow an additional 2–4 business days for bulky item deliveries.
Note: Delivery times are estimates based on carrier networks. While we do everything we can to dispatch quickly, actual transit times may vary slightly due to carrier network congestion or deliveries to WA, NT, and remote regional areas.
⚠️ Courier Delays & Network Congestion:
While we promise to pack your order at lightning speed, all delivery timeframes are strictly estimates provided by the carriers. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and are not financially responsible for delays caused by carrier network congestion, weather events, or public holidays. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable if a parcel arrives later than the carrier's estimated timeframe. Once your parcel hops onto the delivery truck, transit times are completely in the hands of the courier!

Worldwide Hoppers (International)
✈️ Brand & Weight Restrictions:
We love shipping globally! However, some brands have strict border restrictions, and bulky items can be too heavy to fly. International shipping availability is determined dynamically based on what is in your cart. Simply head to checkout—if we can ship those specific items to your country, your available rates will automatically appear.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 8–13 business days.
- FedEx International: 5–7 business days.
Note: These are estimates and may stretch during busy periods or customs checks.
Tracking Your Global Order
For Standard International Shipping, your parcel is handed over to your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) once it lands in your country. Tracking may temporarily "pause" for several days while the package clears local customs—this is completely normal and no cause for panic!
Shipping Costs
Fees are calculated at checkout based on your package’s size, weight, and destination. You’ll see the best rates before you confirm your order. Please note that original outbound shipping fees are strictly non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
Customs Duties and Fees
Import taxes or duties may apply when your order arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (that’s you!). We recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid surprises.
Tracking & Delivery Details
Once your order hops out the door, we’ll send you a tracking email. If it’s playing hide-and-seek, please check your spam folder!
- Authority to Leave: By default, our parcels are sent with Authority to Leave. If you are not home, the courier will safely drop the parcel. If you require a signature on delivery, please leave a note in your cart before checkout!
- Delivery Attempts: One attempt is included. If no one’s home and a safe drop isn't possible, your package will wait at your local post office or depot for collection.
- PO Boxes: Yes! We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post only.
- Processing Delays: During peak times or sale events, please allow an additional 2–3 days for our warehouse to pack your order.
- Transit Delays: Once your parcel is with the courier, transit times are estimates only. Shipping fees are non-refundable for delayed parcels caused by network congestion or weather events.
Important: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being safe-dropped.
Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to accept delivery, we will need to cover the costs charged to us by the carrier.
Original Shipping Fees: Please note that all original outbound shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
For Australian Orders
- Refunds: A $15.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return-to-sender and admin costs.
- Reshipping: Want us to try again? A $27.00 fee applies (covering the $15 return fee + $12 re-dispatch fee).
For International Orders
- Refunds: A $30.00 AUD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return and handling costs.
- Reshipping: Please contact us for a quote on re-dispatch options.
⚠️ Lost Parcels (Incorrect Address):
If a parcel is delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout and isn't returned to us, we sadly cannot retrieve or refund it. Please triple-check your details before hopping to payment!
